WHAT YOU BRING
- A Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school and active state bar license in good standing, of at least one US State Bar and willingness to commit to membership in the Oregon State Bar.
- Minimum 6 -8+ years of experience in employment law in a corporate and/or law firm with an emphasis on the following specialty areas: litigation, administrative proceedings (state or federal), and compliance issues.
- Experience in OFCCP Compliance/Affirmative Action, including preparation of affirmative action and federal contractor compliance programs is highly preferred. Prior experience may include in-house experience leading affirmative action programs for a federal contractor or a law firm role providing advice and counsel on OFCCP compliance.
- Excellent communication skills—able to influence at all of levels and across functions in a complex matrix organization
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and with a demanding case workload, and adjust to frequent workload fluctuations.
