WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelor’s degree (or in pursuit of degree) in Business, HR, Finance or related field. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered for candidates meeting all the other requirements.
- 5+ years of well-developed experience in US &/or global benefits programs operations and specifically with US Qualified and non-Qualified Savings Programs.
- Strong organizational, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience navigating and influencing internal partners, cross-functional team interactions, and leading vendors.
- Demonstrated partnership and ability to effectively lead teams.
- Experience in a professional business environment working for a large matrix multi-national company.
- Ability to work flexibly with varied and multiple countries, regulatory, and market environments.
