WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Do you have experience with data entry and data management experience investigating, gathering and maintaining product data in an information management system or complex database? If so, this role is for you!

As our Category Information Analyst, you'll investigate and maintain core product information through various systems in the Product Creation engine. You'll steward the data for accuracy, timeliness and completeness to support critical events in the product development process and through its usage in downstream systems. You'll maintain product data, including style groups, product names, color names, product codes, lifecycles, descriptions and pricing.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will support the lifecycle of apparel product from creation through delivery by working with the Apparel Product Creation team to create style detail information and analytics.

You will ensure data is accurate and support critical target dates. You will interpret the intent of line plans and product creation information align with our business rules and system structures. This opportunity also involves acting as the key contact for product information by participating in category team meetings and proactively communicating all relevant product information. In addition, you'll generate reports and will be able to correlate data to support category needs, including line plans, planning documents and presentations.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will be reporting to the Apparel Commercialization Director, supporting Apparel Product Merchandising and other global and geo-functions critical to bringing product to life.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field OR two additional years’ experience in lieu of a degree
  • 2 years relevant work experience in a data management or reporting role
  • Experience maintaining data in a complex database or information management system. This includes: data entry, data management, experience investigating and gathering information
  • Proficiency with MS Excel at an intermediate level including v-lookups, pivots and formulas.
  • Auditing of data and root cause analysis experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a deadline driven environment, strong problem solving and decision making skills and attention to detail and process orientation,
  • Prior apparel product experience is beneficial and passion for product is a plus
