What you bring
Bachelors degree or higher or Combination of relevant education, experience and training.
3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or similar role with a focus on marketing measurement and optimization.
Proficient with enterprise analytics suites, e.g., Adobe (Omniture, Test & Target, CJA) or Google (Adometry, C360.).
Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo and Looker.
Proficient with SQL with experience using a scripting language like Python or R.
Familiarity with foundational data engineering projects (building ETL jobs, standing up data warehouses, working with relational databases) very desirable.
Experience with Digital Strategy, translating consumer insights, business strategy, and marketing capabilities into data-informed tactics to engage our audience.
Experience in the Consumer Experience (CX) field (CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Consumer Engagement, CRM Analytics) a plus.
Understanding of technical product management and knowledge/curiosity around the marketing technology ecosystem.
Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around measurement plans and reports.
Ability to build trust with business partners to understand their challenges and priorities.
Experience working in a direct-to-consumer retail brand preferred.
Passion for understanding consumer needs coupled with ability to use analytics to answer complex business questions and find opportunities to accelerate growth.
Ability to translate business strategy to data needs to data strategy.
Proven experience building positive working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams with varied levels of understanding of analytics.
