What you bring

  • Bachelors degree or higher or Combination of relevant education, experience and training.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or similar role with a focus on marketing measurement and optimization.
  • Proficient with enterprise analytics suites, e.g., Adobe (Omniture, Test & Target, CJA) or Google (Adometry, C360.).
  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo and Looker.
  • Proficient with SQL with experience using a scripting language like Python or R.
  • Familiarity with foundational data engineering projects (building ETL jobs, standing up data warehouses, working with relational databases) very desirable.
  • Experience with Digital Strategy, translating consumer insights, business strategy, and marketing capabilities into data-informed tactics to engage our audience.
  • Experience in the Consumer Experience (CX) field (CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Consumer Engagement, CRM Analytics) a plus.
  • Understanding of technical product management and knowledge/curiosity around the marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around measurement plans and reports.
  • Ability to build trust with business partners to understand their challenges and priorities.
  • Experience working in a direct-to-consumer retail brand preferred.
  • Passion for understanding consumer needs coupled with ability to use analytics to answer complex business questions and find opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Ability to translate business strategy to data needs to data strategy.
  • Proven experience building positive working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams with varied levels of understanding of analytics.
