Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Design or related field or combination of relevant education, experience and training.
9+ years’ experience in creative teams for large retail e-commerce or key digital agency experience
Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
Excellent emotional intelligence
Very versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
Experience planning and leading critical initiatives
Experience with budget management
Shown success in a project coordination role
Business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
A genuine passion for digital marketing and the online space with a solid knowledge of digital commerce, performance marketing (email, paid social and other media), A/B testing, UX, photo shoot and content production
