Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or related field (or equivalent commercial experience)
• 5+ years working experience in ecommerce retail and 3+ years of relevant working experience in the areas of CRM, email marketing, marketing automation or loyalty programs.
• Proven expertise in e-mail automation and customer journey creation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrate great commercial & industry acumen
• Data-driven, creating insights from data, relevant working knowledge of web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics & Tableau) and the ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources
• Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships
• Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels.
• Self starter mentality and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
