Director, Diversity Business Partner EMEA

We are looking for a Director, Diversity Business Partner EMEA to join our EHQ! In this role you will operate as a trusted consultant embedded deeply in the business, counsel on the needs of the organization and craft relevant solutions.


As the subject matter authority, you’ll analyze and present talent demographics, assess data trends and provide insights to key partners. You will be the face of the Diversity & Inclusion team for the groups you support, cascading products and services, and identifying their particular needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own the execution of Diversity & Inclusion strategies in the EMEA geo with your HR and client-side business partners.

  • Develop and operationalize diversity and inclusion plans in EMEA that enable business groups to progress on their goals.

  • Partner and build solid relationships with cross functional teams, including but not limited to Employee Networks, Task Forces, and Diversity Councils in EMEA to understand business priorities and needs.

  • Provide subject matter expertise through advising and use evidence-based standard methodologies to get results, specifically knowledge of how to partner with Works Councils and other relevant groups.

  • Support executive communications on Diversity & Inclusion topics for the EMEA region.

  • Partner with the larger Global D&I team to ensure the strategy for your business groups is consistent with the broader enterprise D&I strategy.

  • Collaborate with EMEA Recruiting and HR Business Partners to develop effective diversity recruiting strategies and programs.

  • Use data to identify trends, insights and gaps to advise strategy, as well as relevant programming.

  • In partnership with key partners, build training programs for employees, and develop programs to attract, retain and promote diverse talent.

  • Partner with Employee Network for insights to deliver solutions to the business aligned with the global strategic plan.



You will work closely with global cross-functional partners to provide thought leadership, manage business relationship, and set and execute on initiatives to help the business make progress against their D&I goals.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and recruiting to help build dynamic ways to develop a diverse talent community.


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

  • 10 years demonstrable experience in D&I, Human Resources, or people strategy.

  • 5 years demonstrable experience in a client services/advisory role.

  • Exposure to Business Strategy, Human Capital Strategy and Global D&I Strategy.

  • Experience driving large-scale organizational change through strategic global programming.

  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data and translating analyses into meaningful recommendations.

  • Understanding of how to influence geographically dispersed teams.

  • Experience optimally influencing key business partners across and within business units.

  • Outstanding communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time timelines and within budget parameters.

  • Results-oriented self-starter who demonstrates comfort with ambiguity and can excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
