WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 1-3 years' experience in supply chain operations, retail allocation, or logistics management role within the retail or consumer goods industry
• Wide and deep understanding of Supply Chain Management and general business knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate and influence various levels within a matrix structure and multinational teams
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class supply chain
• Analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence
• Innovative mentality and proven track record in delivering process improvement
• You will demonstrate knowledge of Financial acumen, Modeling & Analysis, Order management
• Strong service focus and a proactive mind-set
• Digital literacy: MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau
• Proficiency in English and Russian - Travel requirements – 5% of time
