Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Risk Management or a
related field is highly preferred
Experience
using Loss Prevention specific software, IE. Exception based reporting, case
management and incident reporting
Prior
retail experience and knowledge required, preferably experience in Loss
Prevention
Experience
building training and communications for high visibility retail initiatives
Experience
working in a matrixed organization across a variety of stakeholder groups
Strong
oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to articulate
complex business drivers
Proven
ability to use data to back up assumptions and articulate business cases
Experience
using MS Office + Keynote required
Strong

Ability
to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve
as liaison across geography teams
