What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or a related field
• 4 years of validated and tested experience in Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying or integrated retail related role
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate curiosity and decisiveness while balancing needs of the business
• Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate, lead, negotiate and influence
• Demonstrate strong consumer and marketplace understanding
• Strong business management including analytical aptitude, and retail acumen
• Proficiency in key applications including Keynote, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. MMX and AV, are a plus
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time pending COVID updates
