Pursuing a Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering or other manufacturing-related degree
3.0 GPA or higher
Graduation date of December 2021 or May/June 2022
Strong initiative to lead impactful process improvement projects by applying structured problem-solving methodologies. Six sigma Green Belt preferred.
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge on database query and analysis/visualization tools is a plus
Working knowledge of Measurement System Analysis, ANOVA, Design of Experiment and Statistical Process Control theory and practice
Ability to effectively communicate complex topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
Ability to work with some level of ambiguity at times. Be flexible, with ability to take unclear goals and targets forward by formulating a plan which brings clarity and focus in order to achieve deliverables
