Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
3 years' relevant HR experience
2 years' additional HR work experience in lieu of a degree
General knowledge of HR components and processes
Highly skilled in the following software programs: SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint
Experienced in financial data analysis
Demonstrated project coordination skills
Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information
Strong presentation skills
HR exposure/experience in all aspects of HR, including compensation, performance management
