What you bring
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, or related field from an accredited university, or a combination of demonstrable experience, education, and training.
Experience in pedagogy, practices & trends in learning delivery & partnership.
3+ years of demonstrable experience delivering L&D programs, including On-Boarding experiential facilitation, within a leading global consumer brand.
Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
