What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational efficiency, experience design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of change management experience in a corporate environment, with a focus on large-scale transformational change
Experience acting as an internal consultant for strategic change initiatives including engagement, communication, behavior change, readiness and adoption
Project management experience in developing and implementing project workbacks, timelines and budgets
Familiarity with the Consumer Product Model and Agile/Scaled Agile development approach
Proven experience communicating across a complex matrix on a corporate, regional and functional basis
Align on standard methodologies across Nike while staying abreast of external standard methodologies through active participation in Global TM network, forums, etc.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
Ability to balance multiple time-bound projects while maintaining keen attention to detail
Tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work well with a large variety of personalities at all levels of business
