What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational efficiency, experience design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of change management experience in a corporate environment, with a focus on large-scale transformational change
  • Experience acting as an internal consultant for strategic change initiatives including engagement, communication, behavior change, readiness and adoption
  • Project management experience in developing and implementing project workbacks, timelines and budgets
  • Familiarity with the Consumer Product Model and Agile/Scaled Agile development approach
  • Proven experience communicating across a complex matrix on a corporate, regional and functional basis
  • Align on standard methodologies across Nike while staying abreast of external standard methodologies through active participation in Global TM network, forums, etc.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to balance multiple time-bound projects while maintaining keen attention to detail
  • Tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work well with a large variety of personalities at all levels of business
