North America Brand Director, Men's Lifestyle

We are looking for a Brand Director to join and help lead the North American Men’s Consumer Construct team. The Men’s Consumer Construct team, composed of the Lifestyle and Performance segments, is responsible for the developing and driving long term consumer engagement across our business critical, the male athlete*.

As one of the key leaders on the Men’s Lifestyle team, you will be responsible for leading a team of teams to achieve our annual business and brand goals. 


Each day will bring dynamic opportunities that you’ll work with your team of brand marketers to solve for. You’ll obsess how to make our brand, product, purpose and seasonal messages resonate with our target consumer. Your team will lead the strategic development of branded content, services, partnerships and experiences, that will come together as best-in-class, full-funnel marketing plans. 

And together with your partners you will grow and establish new product franchises, while maintaining the health of our existing roster of footwear and apparel styles. 


You will collaborate with diverse cross functional teams to go to market including specialists across digital marketing, influencer, wholesale, data science, paid media, creative, global and city teams. This is a team sport and will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus with critical stakeholders groups in order to effectively lead the consumer offense across the geography.

-  8-10+ years of relevant work experience

-  5 years of experience in brand marketing

-  Demonstrated ability of developing go-to-market plans for highly visible brands

-  Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture—someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity

-  Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation on complex business issues

-  Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans 

-  Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills

-  Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies

-  Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners 

-  Detail oriented. This position requires someone who can build plans, presentations, and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction.

-  Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, content creation, and social media

-  Experience leading, developing, and scaling teams
