What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management preferred
- Minimum 5 years operation direction experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP, DCMS and Kronos would be a plus
- Solid understanding of automated distribution systems
- Experience with budget overseeing and accountability
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills, ability to lead other and influence at various levels of the organization.
