Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
10+ years relevant work experience in Performance Management, S&OP, Planning, Finance, or related field
Proven ability to define and manage Key Performance Indicators within large teams
Knowledge of NIKE planning metrics and how they represent the health of the business
Experience defining, implementing, and running governance structures and processes
Understanding of relevant visualization and reporting tools
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and self-motivation
Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing demands
Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for how things can be done better
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership identity to bring a unique point of view to leadership discussion
