The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. Supply Chain experts ensure that every year, almost a billion units of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time. To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with the ability to oversee multiple teams with a shared backlog. The ideal candidate will be skilled at coaching and leading scrum ceremonies to keep teams organized and aligned with agile best practices.

We’re looking for a teammate with strong hands-on experience, drive, and curiosity. The candidate must be a self-starter, flexible problem solver, and outstanding communicator who is comfortable learning quickly and connecting the dots between disparate methodologies and technologies.

The candidate will need these skills to successfully work across multiple functions and geographies within Nike's matrixed organization. Success will also depend upon professional and personal relationships with colleagues to deliver impactful user-friendly solutions!

What will you work on

You’ll track and communicate agile metrics (sprint progress/burn down, velocity, etc.). You’ll lead scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retros), identify risks and escalate them to leadership.

You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are encouraged to bring new approaches and practices to help your team succeed. The teams you work with will build and deliver technical solutions and process improvements which will enable Nike’s North America Supply Chain to meet the ever-increasing consumer demand.

You will put people and processes first, in order to deliver technical solutions which will drive the greatest benefit for Nike. You will support strategy development and deployment of new capabilities across Nike’s North America Supply Chain!

Who will you work with

You will work cross-functionally with many groups in the Nike family. You’ll work with a team of like-minded individuals with a great variety of skillsets. Leveraging the expertise of your teammates, you will work with agility to ensure Nike’s Supply Chain can meet the demands of our consumers.

You’ll partner with logistics professionals concerned with international and domestic transportation of all Nike products to our accounts and direct to our consumers. You’ll work with Marketplace Operations to provide insights they need to manage, forecast and plan for successful delivery to their accounts. You’ll work with advanced analytics teams to model our long-term supply chain strategy and plan for our supply chain of the future. You’ll work with Nike Direct Digital teams to meet the ever-increasing demands of our consumers.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, analysts, directors, data scientists and operations managers to ensure our partners have the information they need in order to monitor key business processes and confidently take action!
