Senior Design Innovator
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design or Fashion
- Experience Eight years of overall progressive experience in design
- Skills/Requirements:
1. Coaching and mentoring designers or design interns to ensure work quality and review their performance
2. Coordinating with a global cross-functional team to establish and finalize the design project direction
3. Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time timelines.
4. Ensure key product creation process dates are met and design tools are optimally used
5. Prepare and present design presentations to executive leadership
6. Review the design vision within the team from end-to-end to ensure the overall product vision remains accurate and consistent with business goal
7. Own the design process and customer and client relationships to ensure that project standards and deadlines are met.
8. Engage in trend research and interpret that research into significant insights that become future products.
