Requirements for the position include:
- Minimum 10 years of comparable digital experience, being a digital expert having worked on consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Prior leadership responsibility in a core digital retail function (e.g. Site Merchandising, Marketing, User Experience Design, Digital Product Management, Biz Dev, etc.)
- Have strong team management (20+ people) and coaching skills.
- GM muscle: Consumer and results orientation, market management experience, understanding of basic financial levers.
- Requires a Bachelors Degree in Business, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
