Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) is a reinvention of the way Nike does business. The SEC team will strengthen end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and premier technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future. As our Sr Director SEC Program Planning & Operations, you will report to the VP Strategic Enterprise Capabilities and will be accountable for direct partnership with our Systems Integration partner to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of the Program.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Defines and develops methodology, delivery framework and artifacts
  • Establishes quality criteria for management of deliverables to ensure proper quality assurance over the program lifecycle
  • Develops a change control framework, process and reporting structure
  • Guides and maintains a deployment schedule by geography and function, inclusive of technology/architecture
  • Develops an integrated plan with milestones, dependencies and resource requirements against the plan
  • •Manages vendor/suppliers
  • Establishes RAID (risk, action, issue, dependency) framework and management process
  • Delivers status reporting and metric management to actively develop and track the progress of the program
  • Assesses functional and technical learning needs for Program team members to successfully deliver Program targets; establishes and implements strategy to deliver learning content
  • Establishes, delivers and maintains onboarding framework and content
  • Partners with comms team and Transformational Change Office to develop and implement internal Program comms strategy and content
  • Leverages LEAN principles to create new integrated design process and infrastructure to strengthen productivity
  • Defines approach to ensure alignment with functional portfolio activity
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of experience developing transformational program/project management or operations for large scale global companies
  • Experience with application of standard program management methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience with ERP implementation on a large scale highly preferred
  • Experience working in a Lean or Agile environment desired
  • Experience with performance metrics
  • Experience with resource capacity planning, administration and optimization
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
  • Demonstration of excellent executive communication and influencing skills
