• B.A. in related field such as Business, Economics, or Social Sciences. M.B.A. or M.A. preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in quantitative market research or consumer insights role
• Experience leading large and concurrent research projects (custom, tracking and global) that have led directly to shaping consumer marketing or experience design
• Experience leading research on digital products or retail/commerce experiences is a plus
• Exceptional ability to analyze data to provide insights and make recommendations
• Experience with digital survey tools
• Experience managing research vendors: creating research plan, selecting vendors, budgeting, and communicating results
• Experience working within a global organization or demonstrated ability to work and communicate with a diverse team
• Experience with cross-tab tools and statistical packages
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with campaign planning, digital product and experience creation, and consumer journeys
• A meaningful understanding of emerging trends in market research, consumer insights, ecommerce, digital marketing, and mobile app development
