The Manager Business Intelligence will be a key member of the Global Digital Analytics team driving the next phase of the evolution of the company’s level of sophistication around BI reporting.

You will be working with a skilled digital and cross functional team globally to provide actionable insights to make data-driven decisions in pursuit of our bold annual goals.

Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the strategy and the roadmap for ever evolving consumer-centric BI platform and data visualization solutions
  • Serve as an authority in using digital data to drive business growth across a complex ecosystem of business models, geographies, and data sources
  • Collaborate across business partners to identify and quantify opportunities to advance digital insights and impact through analytics
  • Lead a team of analyst and partner with analytics center of excellence to develop scalable data and incorporate digital requirements into enterprise data platform and reporting tools
  • Guide a portfolio of projects to ensure appropriate prioritization, resourcing and business impact
  • Develop and strengthen global standards, reporting frameworks and best practices across the Global functions
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations for mid-level and senior-level audiences

  • Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, econometrics, applied math, behavioral sciences, Economics, or Business. Advanced Degree preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of professional level experience in a related role
  • Relevant professional experience with an emphasis on Digital
  • Experience supporting a team and encouraging results
  • Strategic mindset with ability to question the status quo, identify opportunities, define and lead change
  • Experience of putting strategy into action through a team of people inside and outside of direct circle of influence
  • Excellent project management capabilities to guide multiple project streams and complexity; propensity for thinking through projects in a process-oriented way
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to impact decision making through excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in an easily understandable way.
  • An excellent understanding of industry trends and advanced analytic techniques 
  • Experience working in a global business environment preferred 
  • SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Amazon Web Services, Snowflake literacy desirable
