WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Manager of People Analytics Solutions. This role leads a team of People Analytics solutions analysts who are responsible for scoping complex problems, designing innovative solutions, and applying complex data analysis and exploration skills to deliver on end-to-end support for workforce decisions. We are looking for someone with demonstrated ability to plan, lead, execute and deliver compelling and impactful workforce data insights while managing multiple partners and balancing speed and rigor. The right candidate for the role needs to have a passion for working with people, workforce data, developing teams, and solving problems.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with the People Analytics Product teams to identify the opportunities and requests coming our way that go beyond our scaled self-service platforms. You’ll be scoping those problems, designing solutions, and managing a team that sees work go from problem statement to satisfied client. At times the solutions team will deliver ad hoc solutions (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau, R, Alteryx, etc) and other times the team will build on our platforms to solve on-going client requests (e.g. One Model, Qualtrics, Adaptive Insights, etc). Over time, you’ll work with our Product Teams to automate repeat requests, keeping the work for this team project based and focused on leading-edge use cases.


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role sits on the People Analytics Business Intelligence & Solutions leadership team. Internal to the BI&S team, you will work closely with the other BI&S teams such as Data Strategy (product owner for data warehouse), Reporting and Training (quick requests and advocate for our solutions), and product teams (prioritizing work and building our platforms). As the powerhouse for our broader team, your clients could range from HR business partners, to HR COEs, People Analytics Business Partners, and direct support to decision makers in the business as it relates to HR data. 


WHAT YOU BRING
Required

-  Open to remote work, except cannot work in Colorado. Colorado candidates will be required to relocate.

-  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Decision Science, Applied Math, Econometrics, Behavioral Science, or other quantitative field, or equivalent experience

-  5-6 years on people analytics, reporting, or advanced analytics teams

-  Experience communicating and working with data analysts, product teams, engineers, and data scientists, as well as understanding and translating the science of analytics to a more general audience

-  Ability to Understand complex analytics topics and can translate them with data and stories into relevant business-impacting solutions

-  Expertise in excel, tableau, and other modern data analysis tools


PREFERRED
-  Advanced quantitative degree a plus

-  Expertise in a statistical programming language (e.g. R or Python)

-  Experience leading analysts in a team environment

-  Experience with agile development methodologies

-  Deep understanding of HR, People Analytics, or HR Technologies
