What you bring:

  • 5 years’ + relevant experience of working in a payroll environment and handling European payrolls.

Technical skills:

  • Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills with the ability to learn additional programs as needed.
  • Experience with HR and Payroll specific systems such as SAP HCM, ADP Globalview is essential.
  • Experience with ServiceNow (HR Case Management) is beneficial.

Non-technical skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and efficient and can handle multiple demands and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with the ability to be flexible, diligent and dependable.
  • Able to work alone and with team members to develop creative solutions to workflow issues.
  • Able to work using own initiative and without close supervision.
