What you bring:
5 years’ + relevant experience of working in a payroll environment and handling European payrolls.
Technical skills:
Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills with the ability to learn additional programs as needed.
Experience with HR and Payroll specific systems such as SAP HCM, ADP Globalview is essential.
Experience with ServiceNow (HR Case Management) is beneficial.
Non-technical skills:
Strong attention to detail.
Highly organized and efficient and can handle multiple demands and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong team player with the ability to be flexible, diligent and dependable.
Able to work alone and with team members to develop creative solutions to workflow issues.
Able to work using own initiative and without close supervision.
