What you bring to Nike

4+ years of experience in programming, preferably in (but not restricted to) JavaScript and/or TypeScript
Extensive experience with Node.js and React
Experience in microservice architecture, DDD and RESTful services using languages such as Java, Node, Scala or Python
A track record of solving problems and getting things done in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Passion for working in a highly collaborative software development team environment
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCE, Rackspace)
Experience in creating and implementing scalable applications
Experience working with relational data stores (PostgreSQL) or NoSQL data stores (Cassandra, DynamoDB or MongoDB)
Experience with tools and frameworks like Git, JIRA, Splunk, SignalFX, New Relic, Express or Hapi.
Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins/TeamCity), unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests
Familiarity to areas like UX design and Business Analysis
Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile principles
Comfortable working with globally distributed and diverse teams
Dedication to and hands-on experience in performing technical code reviews
Excellent communication skills
