What you bring
Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience delivering effective machine learning and/or statistical models to serve business needs; ability to understand, utilize and innovate on state-of-the art machine learning algorithms and/or statistical modeling

Deep Python proficiency
- Experienced level of data wrangling skills - SQL, Spark / PySpark, Hive, pandas, etc - plus a strong understanding of Big Data
- Experience deploying and maintaining models in production for internal users or consumers
- Excellent data visualization skills and communication with technical and non-technical partners, and a love for collaboration

Ability to navigate a large, sophisticated, matrixed organization
Nice to Have:
- A degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, economics or other quantitative field; advanced degree preferred

Experience delivering and owning production models at scale
- Experience with computer vision, image and video creation using AI, predictive and temporal modeling, causal machine learning, forecasting, optimization

Experience with AWS or similar cloud provider
- Derive model outputs to show up in internal tools and reporting tools like Adobe platform.
Open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.
