Who we are looking for
As the Senior Director- Program Management Digital Marketing, you will be at the heart of the Nike Direct Marketing Transformation work and will help the global digital team make decisions that will drive performance, directly leading to the accomplishment of annual goals.

You will partner closely with Digital Product and Program teams around all things around our Marketing platforms including our CDP, Journey Orchestration, A/B testing tools, and personalization foundation. You will ensure cross-functional teams (inclusive but not limited to: Program, Product, Design, Engineering etc.) are aligned on priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs. You will foster a collaborative environment, in which fast takeaways and pivots lead to big wins. You will provide subject matter expertise to our global business teams, partner with our engineering teams, and collaborate with our other digital partners to lead WW intake, prioritization, and go-to-market.

You are a specialist in understanding and applying Agile Program Management principles. You have a passion for brand right data driven decisions AND consumer experience. You consider yourself a servant leader with a deep passion for developing others. You are dedicated to continuous improvement both from a team development perspective as well as from process and execution delivery perspective.

This position requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with strong technical and analytical skills, high detail-orientation and excellent written and verbal communication. The right individual will be on top of digital retail and technology trends and understand the opportunities that Nike Digital can drive for the Nike brand.

You will solid line report into the Digital Marketing & Activity org and dotted line to the Central Agile Program Management leadership team.

What you’ll do:
Partner across cross functional teams including Product, Program, Design and Engineering on foundational updates, sequencing, dependencies, tradeoffs, and roll out
Hold responsibility for Partner Management inclusive of comprehensive communication strategy to ensure timely and accurate updates
You will lead a highly motivated team that owns driving multiple large-scale programs to successful outcomes
Establish, drive, define, and execute, cohesive, consistent, and meaningful risk management plans with a mentality towards proactive problem solving
Collaborate with internal teams at Nike including Nike Digital Product, Engineering, Marketing, Nike Digital Direct Commerce, Geo teams, as well as with Finance, Data Science, Digital Experience/PM, E-commerce and Consumer Insights to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of success criteria and business impact. Use this understanding as work is prioritized to ensure delivery of the highest priority initiatives
Build, grow, and develop long lasting partnerships with cross functional peers, key business partners, and executives that lead to accelerated development/delivery, a strong component of trust, and transparent, candid, and honest feedback about challenges and solutions to the biggest issues facing teams trying to deliver consumer value
Lead and encourage teams through ambiguous and complicated situations in a consistent, clear, and cohesive manner. Demonstrate experience in principle based decision making, applying difficulty and consistency to decision making, and empowering others to grow, learn, and solve the most complex and impactful impediments to progress
Contribute as a positive teammate by always looking for Nike First solutions while recognizing others for their contributions
You are an integral part of the Nike Federated Agile Program Management team and contribute to the overall practice excellence

Qualifications:
A B.A. or B.S. in computer science, engineering, applied statistics or another business related field is required (M.A. or M.B.A. preferred!)
10+years experience in program management roles inclusive of hands on expertise with Agile Framework
Experience running multi-million-dollar budgets across all platforms and all business types
Experience with Digital Marketing tools and platforms; Adobe is a plus
Recent experience with hands-on development and engineering teams in a digital retail environment
Outstanding analytical skills while promptly establishing priorities and communicating expectations
Experience leading teams of program managers and engineers in the development of digital consumer experiences
Establish credibility through vision, thought leadership, technical expertise and implementation
Experience working in a global business environment preferred
Validated ability to market your ideas and persuasively move others to action
Ability to articulate complex problem sets and provide a translation layer between boots on the ground and the executive and leadership partners dependent on successful delivery.
