Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, PR, English, communications, business, or related discipline
  • 15+ years professional experience in high profile corporate communications or public relations roles supporting globally branded organizations, extensive experience in employee communications
    • 2 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree
  • Successful experience in working effectively at a senior level with a proven ability to help provide guidance and direction to peers
  • On the ground media/PR experience with ability to communicate clearly as a company spokesperson both on and off camera
  • Deep understanding of both evolving consumer communications environment and digital landscape
  • Successful experience in working effectively at a senior level with a proven ability to help provide guidance and direction to peers
  • Ability to Travel, 20%
Preferred:
  • Professional experience with a focus on supporting C-Suite executives
  • Experience working on high profile consumer brands
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate plans across a complex matrix on a corporate, regional and functional basis, including presenting before audiences of various sizes and cultures
  • Experience initiating and overseeing the ideation process and contributing meaningful, innovative strategies to the business at concept stage
