WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years’ experience in a supply chain, allocation, planning, or store leadership role for a Retail or Consumer Goods business, with progressive responsibilities and a track record in delivering results
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a people leadership role, and proven experience in leading and coaching indirect reports
- Expertise in analytics, performance management and people development.
- Experience in building, leading and developing (direct and virtual) diverse teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate and influence various levels within a matrix structure and multinational teams
- Wide and deep understanding of Supply Chain Management and general business knowledge
- Deep analytical, problem-solving and change-management skills
