- Strong analytical skills to provide fact-based solutions and drive Continuous Process Improvement

- Overall knowledge of HR policies, operations & standard methodologies

- Knowledge of NA/LA Employment Law and Compliance considerations

- Experience working in a shared and collaborative HR Shared Services environment

- Prior experience with HR Talent Operations policies & processes

- Ability to seek sophisticated problems - work with peers and teammates to support operations, foster collaborative problem solving & solutions

- Ability to sweat the details - detail orientation and willingness to ‘roll up the sleeves’ to support the team where needed

- Responsible for the standardization of operational processes and collaborating with global peers to seek for consistency where possible

- Establish and maintain relations with HR Business Partners, Compliance, Legal, Payroll and other appropriate parties, to facilitate the efficient functioning of the team

- Strategic planning acumen with an ability to distill strategy into impactful plans and priorities
